Ordered a jacket on 12/05/2024. Received an email on 12/16/2024 stating the item would be shipped soon and a FedEx tracking number provided. 12/24/2024, FedEx tracking number shows that "Label Generated", only and that the item has not left Ariat warehouse!My credit card has been charged but no product received.Avoid this company at all costs!Update: 12/26/2024, I called Ariat customer service number only to be put on hold for over 30 minutes. Then an automated voice message said that I would receive a call back and the phone disconnected.I have received no call back nor any written (email) communication from Ariat!I also re-checked the "FedEx" tracking number provided by Ariat and the status has not changed in that the jacket is still at the Ariat warehouse and FedEx has not received the package!I would strongly recommend that everyone take your business elsewhere!FINAL UPDATE (Dated 01/02/2025): I filed a complaint with Ariat direct (via their website) and with the BBB. Within 2 days of the BBB complaint being filed, I received an email from Ariat customer service stating that I would receive a refund within 24 to 48 hours. Four (4) days later , (01/02/2025), I finally received a refund to my credit card company. I recommend that anyone having an issue with Ariat, to file a complaint with the BBB. That seems to get Ariat's attention and to resolve issues. I cannot recommend doing business with Ariat direct (online ordering) until they resolve their internal issues. I hope this review is able to help others resolve current complaints.
