HORRIBLE Company to deal with! My order was placed Dec 3 and its Dec 23. NO ONE knows where my order is. It was charged to my card Dec 3. I asked them to find it, no one has that ability apparently. I asked for shipping to be refunded, apparently that cant happen until an order is received. Well when the F will that be? I asked them to figure out where the order is. Well it has to be PICKED UP STILL FROM THE HUB!? They talk to you like you are inept. I order monthly from the US and have NEVER had to wait this long for an order and/or received proper tracking. Purely disgusting. I will be telling my husband and son their ARIAT days are OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
