Ariba Gold is a reliable service that I have used and can confirm they are legitimate. I would advise to stray away from purchasing gold through digital currency as it can take an extended amount of time for their accountants to track the purchase in order to complete the exchange. First time it took them around an hour and second time took about 36 hours. Either way they will be able to find it I just had to go through about 8 different representatives from Ariba to finally find someone who can track digital currency transactions.
First my skrill payment took 2 hours to verify, that okay. But after that they said something went wrong and they need a picture of my ID and bankaccount??? Never had this before while buying osrs gold. After I told them that i received an email from Skrill that the payment was succesfull, and im not gonna sent a picture of my ID, they still gave me the money. Sounded very fishy. As if the specific person trying to help me was trying to scam me for his own.
Aribagold offered a product i've been looking for for a while in-stock, as I purchased the product (on 11th of May), it took them 3 days (where the code should be delivered instantly) to tell me it was actually out of stock. I asked for a refund and it has been about well over a week and got no refund. They gave me the range of 3-7 days and when I asked about my refund after the 7 days, they told me that there has been on "queue" and that I should recieve my refund the next day.Funny enough, I got no refund the next day. and then asked them again for my refund. they told me "the accounting team should be processing this asap, there was a mistake with one of our agents and was not requested properly", and from my experience with them, I call bs and I don't think I'll be getting my money back any time soon. Even if I do, I had to go through a very sour experience dealing with them. I shouldn't have even manually asked for my money back because their refund policy states that "If your order is not completed within 24 hours we will refund you in full." I'd honestly recommend any other website such as G2A for your gaming-needs, because you may fall into the same loop-hole I fell through when purchasing a supposedly in-stock item from Aribagold. I know the majority of the reviews are positive but the inconsistency and broken promises I recieved from Aribagold were very frustrating and I sadly could not recommend this website.(I wrote this review a couple of days ago and it has been 5 days since they told me about the whole error with one of their agents and that I should be getting my money back soon, I still don't think I'll be getting my money back.)Okay, I have sent a mail (under this email's name) that includes the email associated with my Aribagold account as well as the order ID.Fast forward two days later, after sending 2 mails (from different accounts) to the provided email to send the order ID and email associated with my Aribagold account. They still did not to respond and all they've been doing is editing their reply to my review every couple of hours. They have edited their reply 17, yes, SEVENTEEN times and I've gotten a mail for each time they edited their reply. They seem more comitted to editing their reply than satisfying a customer of theirs. How about actually respond to the multiple mails I sent rather than editing your reply for the 18th time? *Yeah, that's a one-star from me. For the love of everything, do yourself a favour and use any other website for your gaming-needs.
