I’ve had a very positive experience with the matchmaking service. I was introduced to two women who were both kind, age-appropriate, and shared many common interests and values with me. It was clear that real thought and care went into selecting compatible matches.
While the first introduction was a lovely person, I sensed she may not have been fully ready to begin dating again — which can happen — but I still appreciated the quality of the match.
The second introduction, Diane, has been a particularly strong match. From our first meeting, conversation flowed easily, and we discovered many shared interests and life experiences. She is someone I could see as a lifelong friend, and possibly much more. We are continuing to get to know each other, and I’m hopeful about where this may lead.
Overall, I feel the company truly listened to what I was looking for and delivered thoughtful, compatible introductions. I would absolutely recommend the service to others who are serious about finding a meaningful relationship.
FRAUD!!!! Do not use this company.
After a VERY, VERY disturbing first date and LAST, and after MULTIPLE attempts to reach my “matchmaker” SHANNON, it took my assigned “matchmaker” five days for me calling calling to get in touch with her. She then scheduled an appointment to discuss and I have NEVER heard from her even after she NO SHOWED on our SCHEDULED appointment with me. When I finally connected with an assistant manager and explained what happened, I was told he didn’t believe their male client would behave that way. I was not only ignored, but completely dismissed.
This situation was handled in an extremely unprofessional manner. While the company claims they “don’t do refunds,” there also appears to be no accountability when a client has a genuinely upsetting experience.
To put this in perspective: while on the date, a busboy at the restaurant actually asked me if I was okay when I went to the bathroom. If a stranger can recognize something is wrong, it’s alarming that the company I paid could not—or would not.
They state that each male goes through a background check. That might be true, but if you feel unsafe, objectified or harassed during a date from one of THEIR clients , they will dismiss you and just tell you it’s not their problem and to just try again. And, of course, after the company ignores your phone calls, emails and texts and completely LIES to you about what they verbally promise.
The overwhelming “ick” I felt after the date was made significantly worse by how little concern or seriousness this company showed afterward. If you’re comfortable paying to feel objectified and dismissed, this may be the service for you. Otherwise, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
I’ve asked for a full refund and they have denied it with zero care of my experience.

They dedicated time to genuinely understand my preferences and made the entire process feel supportive and purposeful. The representative was friendly, sincere, and evidently enthusiastic about their work. I felt heard and valued throughout, which made a significant impact. I would highly recommend this service to anyone seeking a more tailored matchmaking experience.
I have discovered someone I can communicate with and who truly listens to me. After 52 years of marriage, I never believed this could happen, but the service proved me wrong. I felt lost before, but now I feel found and have regained my sense of purpose in life.
I feel like Irene has genuinely been searching for the right match for ME. She consistently asks more questions after each date and the follow-up paperwork. It really seems like she is dedicated to getting to know me better in order to find the perfect fit. I'm so happy to have her as my matchmaker!
In response to the previous comments: There is clearly a significant lack of communication, and I must express my frustration with the matches I’ve received so far. They have not aligned with the specific preferences I outlined in my detailed questionnaire. I was clear about my non-negotiables:
• Personal hygiene (especially healthy teeth)
• An active lifestyle • Core values
• A minimum height of 5'10"
While I have other preferences, these are my top ones. Out of the introductions I received—around six—I met three individuals, none of whom met my essential criteria. One had a missing front tooth, another had crooked and yellowed teeth, and the third was 5'7" and admitted he hadn't been active since his divorce two years ago, with a very early work schedule that left him in bed by 7 PM.
Additionally, the other matches did not align with my preferences. Some proactively shared their criteria before even meeting, stating they didn’t want to waste anyone’s time. For instance, one person had a strict list of requirements, including no pets, no kids at home, no tattoos, no plastic surgery, and a preference for a conservative partner. Since I have both a child and a pet and am not religious, I was disqualified. Another individual sent me a picture, but his appearance did not match what I am looking for as he was very overweight and not active. The last one mentioned he was a caregiver with limited time to spend outside of his home and wanted to ensure that wouldn’t be an issue if we started dating.
Given all this, I am extremely disappointed by the claim that my matches align with my preferences. If the matchmakers had taken the time to understand these individuals or if I had known these details beforehand, I would not have agreed to meet any of them. It seems the matchmakers, of which I’ve been assigned several, have not taken the time to truly comprehend their clients' ideal matches. In fact, only one matchmaker made an effort to discuss my preferences, but she was removed a few weeks later and that was about six months ago.
A new matchmaker reached out two days ago and sent me a new match—someone who is 5'6", which is clearly not in line with my stated preferences. This only reinforces the lack of attention to detail regarding my specific criteria.
I maintain my original review, as I feel this service has not met the expectations set when I signed up. It has proven to be both ineffective and deeply disappointing.
I invested several thousand dollars in this matchmaking service based on repeated promises of having hundreds of qualified matches and that introductions would begin within 2–3 months in October 2023. Nearly two years later, that has not materialized.
Despite the initial assurances, I have not been paired with any decent or genuinely compatible matches. The three matches I’ve been set up with did not remotely reflect the detailed information I provided. Communication has been sporadic, consisting mostly of excuses or vague reassurances rather than results. The service delivered has been far from what was advertised or contractually implied.
For a premium-priced service, I expected proactive matchmaking, transparency, and accountability. Instead, I’ve encountered long delays, unmet promises, and a total lack of follow-through. This paid service is worse than the free ones. At least with the free options, I get to see who I’m meeting, whereas this service advises against sharing photos, which I’ve learned is because they don’t take the time to learn your likes and dislikes; they simply match you with whoever is complaining about not being matched.
If you are considering this service, proceed with caution. The marketing and sales pitch sound appealing, but my experience indicates that the actual service does not live up to the claims—especially given the cost.
This service is not as advertised. The reviews I read are accurate. In nearly a year, I've only had three introductions, and two of them were individuals I would never choose to meet. I feel like I've wasted $7000! It's incredibly disappointing and hard to believe they are still operating.

I never feel judged and I leave each session with greater knowledge and inspiration to make positive improvements in my life. So far, what’s making your company Great is Janel. She is very enlightening, down to earth, helps me carve through situations. Most of all she is very easy to talk too. Haven’t talked to her very long, but she seems to care genuinely about her clients and what’s best for them.
It was a horrible experience, started out wonderful and then went downhill to very unprofessional unkind and not compassionate a slow to respond not matching up with what my needs or distance, I tried to get out of the contract due to the poor emergency dental work I had to have They would not budge. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before signing up. They did a good job selling. They even used religion to get me to sign up. My gut told me not to do it. He should’ve listened to it.
