The service has been managing our printing needs for our local football club for several years. They consistently deliver great customer service and high-quality printing, with staff who are friendly, helpful, and efficient. From the Treasurer of the club.
They are not issuing a refund after sending me shoes that feel more like plastic than leather. They insist on an exchange, but I don't trust their products. It took over a week to receive them, and now they won’t provide a return label, pushing me to exchange instead. I do not want their product, and I advise others not to purchase from them.
I recently purchased P.E. tops and was let down by their quality. The logo wasn't finished properly, leaving a rough patch that irritates the skin. When I reached out, I was told this was standard and they might consider offering comfort patches for an extra cost. It's disappointing that comfort comes at a price, especially since uniforms are already expensive. My daughter should wear her school logo with pride, not discomfort. I've informed the school about this issue. Other suppliers include comfort patches as standard, and I believe this service should as well. Until they improve, I cannot recommend them.
