I am posting this to warn others about Arise Solar’s after-sales service.On 09 January 2026, I contacted Arise Solar due to reduced solar production and requested a solar panel inspection. A ticket was created titled “Solar Inspection”, and I was asked to pay $220 upfront before any booking could be made.Despite paying immediately and following up multiple times over several weeks, no booking was arranged. When a technician finally arrived, he stayed for less than five minutes and clearly stated that he only checks inverters and does not inspect solar panels. No inspection was carried out, and no report was provided.Arise Solar then claimed the job was complete, redefined it as a “site inspection”, and refused a refund. I was told I should have known the difference, even though it was never explained, and the ticket was explicitly labelled “Solar Inspection”.When I escalated the issue, the customer service manager was dismissive, accused me of lying, laughed about Fair Trading, and threatened legal action if I left a review.No service was delivered. Extremely poor communication and accountability.
