Then it was excuse after excuse. No stock, waiting for installer, haven't heard back from installers. It's been 3 months.They promise to get back to you and don't, I've had to chase them so many times. They promised a call back within 10 minutes and never called back. I rang them and they just said they forgot. Was promised 2 dates that never happened. Promised an email to confirm new dates the following week, never happened.Don't pay any money up front, or use their interest free option because you will be stuck. I've requested a refund and to cancel but waiting to hear back. They just want your money, and then give you the run around.Even once installed, the other reviews all say how dodgy the installs were, or something went wrong, or they had to pay more on the day to the installer.
