A few years ago, Arise installed solar panels. The consultant, Roger, could not have been more helpful.This year, I initiated solar batteries being installed. I was assigned to a consultant named Jeff. The difference could with Roger could not be more different. Jeff is an extremely poor communicator. I have complied with all his requests to provide information and photos. I paid my deposit. I have not heard anything from Jeff from my requests as to when my system would be installed I am happy to forgo my $100 deposit to change to another more reliable provider.I had noticed that competitors to Arise, like Sunboost, were continuing to advertise on TV, when Arise had stopped. I had been concerned that Arise may have been experiencing financial difficulties. I certainly want no further dealings with incompetent Jeff.
