Extremely poor customer service for high spend. When you invest over $200 in an item, you expect better treatment. The store provided FedEx with my address but omitted the unit number. It was supposed to arrive today, but now I must wait an additional three business days. Plus, with FedEx, you need to be home to receive your package, or they drop it off at a pickup location, forcing you to retrieve it yourself. What's the point of free delivery if I have to drive to pick up my package?
