2 out of 5 items I got from them ripped at the seems within the first few months of owning. I wore theses peices very few times. One was a dress that actually fit me a little loose, and it had a stretchy material. Burst right in the kid section of the dress so I had to hand sew it back together myself. The second item was workout leggings, which were the worse leggings I’ve ever bought in my life. The ripped right between the things on both sides. No from being stretched. Just from simple wear and tear. After that i decided to never shop here again. Not worth the money.

Avoid ordering online from this service. They only allow a 30-minute window to cancel your order, seemingly on purpose to ensure it ships. Their website recorded two different addresses for my order, making it impossible to rectify the issue. There was no support available. As a result, I inadvertently donated a $350 coat to someone I don't know. I even submitted a complaint to the BBB, but it was disregarded. They seem indifferent to their loyal customers. Please be cautious.

Extremely poor customer service for high spend

Extremely poor customer service for high spend. When you invest over $200 in an item, you expect better treatment. The store provided FedEx with my address but omitted the unit number. It was supposed to arrive today, but now I must wait an additional three business days. Plus, with FedEx, you need to be home to receive your package, or they drop it off at a pickup location, forcing you to retrieve it yourself. What's the point of free delivery if I have to drive to pick up my package?

Avoid ordering online from this company. They only give you 30 minutes to cancel, which seems intentional to ensure it ships. Their website saved two addresses for my order, making it impossible to correct. There was no support available. I've unintentionally donated a $350 coat to someone I don't know. Poor return policy and intrusive questioning

I bought a coat on November 25th as a Christmas gift for my daughter. When I inquired about the return policy, the salesperson questioned whether it was truly a gift or for myself. After confirming it was indeed a gift, I was informed I could return it until January 4th, which was an extension of their usual 10-day policy. They made a point of saying this was a 'special allowance' and provided an authorized note. However, at checkout, I learned that because it was on sale, I could only exchange it for store credit, not a refund. This means if my daughter doesn't like it or it doesn't fit, I'm left with a $400 store credit. I rarely shop there due to their strict policies, and I thought they would be more lenient during the holiday season. I ended up buying the coat, hoping she will like it, but I’ve decided this will be my last purchase from this store. Their harsh return policies and intrusive questioning regarding gifts are unacceptable for customers who are already paying a premium for their items.

Terrible experience with store staff

The store staff were unhelpful and rude. I attempted to return a blouse I ordered online because it was too small, but they refused to accept it due to a misplaced price tag. The employee was extremely dismissive, ignored me, and called the next customer forward without providing any resolution. It's appalling how this company treats its paying customers, leaving us feeling powerless.

Steer clear of this company

Steer clear! There is absolutely no way to receive assistance from them. I needed to exchange an item, but despite numerous emails, phone calls, and online chat attempts, I never received a single response. If a brand wishes to be recognized for selling high-end items, they must at least provide decent customer service to complete the experience.

Unacceptable customer service experience

This company doesn't even deserve a single star. Calling them results in waiting for two hours, while emailing leads to endless back and forth, with at least ten repetitions of the same questions. Even with proof of damaged merchandise, they still ask how I washed it and request multiple pictures, only to ultimately resolve nothing. It's incredibly frustrating.
