Ordered a sweatsuit online. That order never said out of stock so I continued and made that purchase. Consequently, a couple hours after I made the order I got a cancellation notification, because there was a discrepancy with the inventory. When I called customer service about this they didn’t do anything about it, they said it was cause there was a miscount with the stock. Furthermore, after verbalizing my complaint multiple times they finally did something about it and said that one of the items were in stock in a specific store, so they took my preferred method of payment and told me to head over to the store within a hour once I receive the ready email I could go pick it up within that hour. Unfortunately I waited an hour and never got the email so I called customer service again. Once again they had to cancel my order for the second time because of their mistake. They said that they have no note of taking my method of payment in the previous call. So now I’m thinking some random has my credit card info? Cause of their incompetency? I am furious as I shop at this store so much but their customer service lacks communication and false advertises. I will not continue to shop here.
