I placed an order on the 15th, and two weeks later, it still hasn't arrived. I purchased a blazer as a holiday gift, but the package seems to be lost. I reached out to the support team, and they informed me to wait up to another 30 days for it to possibly arrive. They haven't provided any alternative solutions or compensation, and they refuse to refund my money until the package is returned, which I will also need to pay an extra fee for. I strongly advise against buying from them; it's not worth your time, money, or energy.
