If I can give no star I would do it. I purchased 2 items and my husband gifted me 2 items as well. These items are my first aritzia. I washed them all together along with my other clothes and my aritzia pants came out with discoloration. It was the only item that got defected after washing it. It would be easier to accept if other clothes had issues also. I didn’t even get a chance to use it. I was so excited for this purchased since my life had been appointments for my son and just staying at home. I tried to get a refund or at least exchange the item but they declined it. This will be my first and last purchased with them. I am very disappointed since their brand is so expensive but not worth any dollar.

I bought The super snug puff jacket through special order from Aritzia store at Vaughan mills. I received the jacket in April 2025, almost end of the last winter.
I wore the jacket for the first time November 2025. I have worn this jacket only few times because I don't go out everyday. The jacket is already ripped at 3 different places. I called Aritzia customer service to report the situation. This was followed by exchange of emails with five different representatives, sending several pictures, eventually they told me nothing could be done about it.
It's very disappointing. At this price point, I expect a good quality jacket. not a jacket that cannot last for one winter.
I will not recommend this jacket at all

Disappointing Experience with Product Quality and Return Policy

I have shopped here multiple times over the year, but I recently found out that leaving reviews for products purchased directly on the website is not possible. I looked online and it seems you’re supposed to receive an email for that. It makes me wonder if the positive reviews are skewed. For instance, I bought the mega cargo sweat fleece in both 2024 (3 pairs) and 2025 (2 pairs). The 2025 versions are incredibly thin and lightweight, allowing the wind to cut right through them. The quality is terrible. As for the return policy? It’s frustrating. You could have a brand new item with original tags, unworn, and they still won’t accept a return, even when they have the same vest you bought impulsively for $115 as part of a matching set, leaving you stuck with it. I have three items over $100 each facing this issue. I only bought the sweatpants thinking they would be a guaranteed favorite. This store feels like a big scam.

Extremely Disappointed with the Return Process

I purchased a black bomber jacket during a recent promotional event and chose to return it due to its high price. Now, I find myself without a jacket and down $500. The customer service has been dreadful, and I still haven't received my refund because my item was lost during the return process. It has been two months, and I suspect that someone at the receiving end may have taken it. They seem to want the customer to bear the loss instead of taking responsibility. I've had multiple conversations with the support team, wasting a considerable amount of time, yet the issue remains unresolved. Now, they appear to be trying to evade responsibility and close the case. I'm extremely disappointed and unwilling to just accept a loss of $500; I am prepared to take legal action.

I placed an order on the 15th, and two weeks later, it still hasn't arrived. I purchased a blazer as a holiday gift, but the package seems to be lost. I reached out to the support team, and they informed me to wait up to another 30 days for it to possibly arrive. They haven't provided any alternative solutions or compensation, and they refuse to refund my money until the package is returned, which I will also need to pay an extra fee for. I strongly advise against buying from them; it's not worth your time, money, or energy.

This claim is completely misleading. I wore this coat in 0°C weather and felt extremely cold. It does not deliver the insulation promised by the description or the sales representatives. When I contacted the support team to discuss this issue, I was informed by management that the temperature rating is subjective, and my return was rejected due to "wear and tear," even though the coat was in excellent condition. If you need a genuine winter coat, do not trust the company's temperature ratings. They are marketing statements, not accurate representations. I am very disappointed with the decline in quality and the unwillingness to honor the product description.

Zero Stars Would Be More Appropriate. I bought a pair of pants from a new retail location, and both the sales clerk and manager refused to process a return, suggesting I try to return them online instead.
