I purchased a black bomber jacket during a recent promotional event and chose to return it due to its high price. Now, I find myself without a jacket and down $500. The customer service has been dreadful, and I still haven't received my refund because my item was lost during the return process. It has been two months, and I suspect that someone at the receiving end may have taken it. They seem to want the customer to bear the loss instead of taking responsibility. I've had multiple conversations with the support team, wasting a considerable amount of time, yet the issue remains unresolved. Now, they appear to be trying to evade responsibility and close the case. I'm extremely disappointed and unwilling to just accept a loss of $500; I am prepared to take legal action.
