Arizona Go is now my GO-TO Shuttle!In the past, I have always us to driven to the airport, parked and locked the vehicle, take a picture of where we're parked, gotten the suitcases and family together and into the shuttle. Shuttle drops us off at the airport, get the suitcases and family out of the shuttle, through the doors to check-in. Phew! I'm already tired and it's only day one. This time we opted to use this service and I will continue to use them. The communication before, during and after was exactly what I need. The vehicle was clean and our driver, Greg, was professional, on time and very helpful. I highly recommend this provider.

We love Arizona Go! Robin and Greg always get right back to us about scheduling our reservation and the drivers are super responsive. They text us to confirm they are on the way( or at the pick up airport location), remind us about locking up and are fun to talk to.
Arizona Go! took us from Tucson to Sky Harbor. The driver arrived 5 minutes early and the travel to Phoenix was smooth and pleasant - a good experience all around.More recently I booked service to the Tucson airport, but my travel plans changed and I needed to cancel the reservation. They refunded my deposit right away with no questions asked.You read about good customer service, but Arizona Go! delivers on that.
I have been using Arizona Go shuttle service for a few years to both the Phoenix airport and the Tucson airport. Greg and Robin are very consumer focused, and strive to give a perfect experience each and every time. This week I had a flight from Philadelphia to Phoenix that was delayed close to 3 hrs. Using the text feature provided to me by Arizona Go, I informed them of my flight delay. They tracked my progress to Phoenix, and gave me specific instructions for my pick up ( at 11:00 pm instead of 8:00 pm). Greg picked me up exactly as indicated ( time and location at the airport) and got me home by 1:00 a.m. I was exhausted, and Greg was concerned about my comfort and well being. Truly 5 star service! I use them whenever needed and I do recommend them to others , especially those who are looking for a clean car (Honda SUV), a safe driver with a pleasant demeanor, and on time. Adjusting my new time requirements due to airline flight delays was what high quality service is all about. They make it easy to stay in touch , and to keep on the same page.
