Recently went to wander Inn in albufeira Portugal,Last Sunday I had the lunch, one of the best I’ve had here for a long time.Friday evening ,fish and chips, brilliant. This is a recommendation based on responding to an error. I tried to book a property with Wander, but was prevented from doing so because the advertised price was incorrect on the website. Wander was extremely apologetic, and elevated my concerns immediately. The COO handled the issue personally, and was tireless in pursuing a solution. There was openness, honesty and transparency throughout. My family is now visiting a different property in their portfolio, and my faith in their brand is not only intact but actually enhanced. This is what excellent customer service should look like. Super impressed.
This was our second time staying at this vacation rental on the Oregon Coast. First time with Wander. The extra touches Wander provided were definitely noticed. On par with a luxury hotel experience. We loved the bathrobes, amenities, and snacks. Can’t wait to book our next Wander!

Quality and ease was great at the home in Cave Creek Arizona. Property had all necessary items when staying at a home away from home. They were also quick at addressing any issues that came up, which was just a front door lock issue. They also made the experience feel personal when they communicated.
We had an amazing first experience with Wander! The house was immaculate, view in every room of the gorgeous lake. Check in and out was so easy, house had everything we needed, concierge was so helpful. Would highly recommend! Already planning our trip back.
