Ordered a cardigan from this 'born in London' company. Had to chase several times and product finally arrived almost 3 weeks after order. Worse, the product did not fit so I decided to return it. This is not permitted until one contacts the company. This gives them the opportunity to barter the return. They talk about costly postage and also a restocking fee (their refund policy displayed on their website directly contradicts the latter). Unimpressed with an offer of a 50% refund and keeping the product (which does not fit) I asked for a full refund to be told returns must be to an address in China!!!! Again, no mention of this nonsense on their website.Shoddy customer service referring to T and C and ignoring everything else. This is not a London Company but it is one which does its best to avoid refunds. Shoddy
