Total utter scam, I purchased a jacket advertised as a vintage cotton jacket, I recieved a cheap polyester copy . When I emailed them to query if they had sent wrong jacket by onest mistake they offered a refund minus 30% admin charge , I sent photos of jacket received and screenshot of jacket advertised to illustrate it was their mistake and either supply the jacket I paid for or provide a refund , they replied saying that the jacket I received is the actual jacket they always send out, which ischeap and nasty and definitely not the jacket advertised ... avoid this company at all costs

Do not buy from these people. Delivery was about 3 weeks (both times). Sizes are too small. Sleeves are far too short. Agreed to take a replacement without sending the original back, but the replacement wasn't much bigger and the sleeves would probably be OK for my teenage daughter. However, the scam is that because I took a different size, they won't give me a refund. So if anyone wants a jacket for someone with very short arms, I have two!! Oh, and the colour isn't the same as it looks like in the picture. So, all in all, don't waste your time.
Bit of a mixed bag because the sizing was a real issue and not clear or obvious. Customer support was confusing to start with but finally I was very pleased with the outcome and the sizing issues was rectified and I'm pleased with the final product.
Trousers I ordered arrived after 3 weeks and they are NOTHING like advertised. They are just cheap trousers I could have bought off Temu for a fraction of the price. I have asked to return them as per their website .. I will wait to see if they respond. Avoid!
Absolutely shocking company , stuff comes from china and the tactical trousers look nothing like advertised no where near what they show you , very poor and cheap quality , straight in the bin , please save you money , absolutely disgusted , 100% false advertising of products
SCAM COMPANY. Item sent was not as per item in photo. Different colour and thin poor quality material. Item is sent from China ( Shocker!) When ask for return for refund they ask for you to pay postage to China and a 30% restock fee. You will be able to buy similar products for quarter of the price from Primark, etc.This company will also ignore UK distance buying Laws. See comment from Arkes below, Return the product via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. Once we receive and inspect it to ensure it's unused and in original condition, we’ll issue a refund minus a 30% restocking fee. Return shipping is at your cost.
Ordered a cardigan from this 'born in London' company. Had to chase several times and product finally arrived almost 3 weeks after order. Worse, the product did not fit so I decided to return it. This is not permitted until one contacts the company. This gives them the opportunity to barter the return. They talk about costly postage and also a restocking fee (their refund policy displayed on their website directly contradicts the latter). Unimpressed with an offer of a 50% refund and keeping the product (which does not fit) I asked for a full refund to be told returns must be to an address in China!!!! Again, no mention of this nonsense on their website.Shoddy customer service referring to T and C and ignoring everything else. This is not a London Company but it is one which does its best to avoid refunds. Shoddy
