This was a Sunday, and while I missed going out, it was fine. However, after the expected time passed, I received a notification from the delivery service stating that the sender had instructed the jacket to be returned to the warehouse. I reached out to customer support the next day and found out that the jacket had been mistakenly sent to the wrong address and had to be returned. To make matters worse, I was told I would have to wait 14 days for my refund to be processed. I understand if I had returned the item myself, but this reflects a lack of competence by the company.
