I can only comment on the service because I never received the product. I placed my order 16 days ago and received two emails promising updates, but that’s all I got. Today, I called and was on hold for a long time, alternating between 'music' and a voice praising the company. I was repeatedly informed that my call was next in the queue, which was meaningless without knowing how long the previous call would take. Eventually, I spoke to someone who put me on hold again to check. When she returned, her accent was difficult to understand. After some back and forth, I learned that my order was missing. I requested a refund and was put on hold again until she confirmed it. Now I can only hope they are more efficient with refunds than with deliveries.
