I just received the wool dress I ordered, and it’s lovely—good quality wool, comfortable, and not itchy. I'm very pleased with the item. However, I paid £6 for delivery and expected it to arrive within one or two working days, not over a week later. They did provide today’s date as the expected delivery date, and it did arrive as promised, but it still took 8 days. The shipping process needs to be improved given the amount charged. If shipping were free, the delivery time would be less of an issue.
