Ordered 17 identical interlocking gym mats and was sent 17 mats of different sizes, thicknesses and colours which obviously do not interlock. Despite admitting to this, the company refuses to collect the mats and issue replacements. Incredibly rude on the phone and minimal response over email. The mats look similar at first glance so we believe they deliberately mixed in some defective mats and hoped they’d be able to get away with it. Absolute scam.Happy to amend my review if this is ever resolved but at the moment it looks like I’ll be going through PayPal. So disappointing.
