Frustrated with Customer Service

I am frustrated with the customer service. I purchased a bikini bottom that was too small and requested an exchange. Although I lost the return document, their team assured me via email that they would allow the exchange. Since then, I have received no responses despite multiple follow-up emails over a month. I feel completely ignored, and the lack of communication is particularly frustrating since I was promised assistance.
