Review Time
DO NOT ORDER- I have ordered from more places than I can count. I blame myself for not looking at reviews beforehand. Just sent swimsuit back for sizing issues. (Runs small) I requested a refund as I was not impressed with quality either. They charged me $42.00 for a restock fee on a suit that cost $160 and I had to pay shipping to return. Save yourself the trouble and money. I am not one to complain but I wish I was warned. That’s outrageous.
I purchased over $500 in swimwear from ark , I had to make some returns, and re purchased the correct sizes.
•My emails went unanswered for weeks when i had some return issues
• I didn't receive any needed customer support.
• After multiple attempts through email - i eventually reached out through social media- they said someone would get back to me.
• I ended up googling an address for my second returns process- it came up with a PO Box and I sent the product back with tracking
• Delivery address was correct; matched the PO Box on google and tracking showed they reeieved th return I made.
• I asked emailed multiple times have they received my returns and o ask about refund ( no reply )

• Almost 3 months later I got an email saying I got my refund??????????????
I am very disappointed. The color vanished after just two months, and the material started to break down in under three months. I reached out to the support team multiple times to see if this was a unique issue, but I got no reply. I absolutely would not buy again.
I am very disappointed. The color faded after just two months, and the material started to deteriorate in under three months. I contacted the support team several times to check if this was just a one-off case, but received no response. I certainly would not purchase again.
Since there are no reviews on their website, I’ll share my experience here. The suits are well made with quality fabric, but that’s where the positives end. I checked out for $160 for two pieces, which is high but acceptable. However, my bank statement showed a charge of $240. I emailed support for a refund on the difference, and they claimed I checked out from the American site, so the amount was in USD, not AUD. Living in Australia, it’s baffling that I was directed to the American site without knowing the currency difference. They offered store credit for the difference, but I’d have to spend another $40 on a half swimsuit I don’t want. The pricing is outrageous for the amount of fabric used. I explained my confusion regarding the American site and refused the credit. After several follow-up emails, they simply denied my refund request and lectured me about VPNs and secure checkouts. This is a problem on their end, not mine.
I returned my order and received an email nearly five weeks ago offering a $114 refund or $155 store credit. I promptly replied, requesting store credit, but I still haven't received it despite multiple follow-up emails. At this point, I believe I deserve a full refund for my order. This is unacceptable customer service.
I am frustrated with the customer service. I purchased a bikini bottom that was too small and requested an exchange. Although I lost the return document, their team assured me via email that they would allow the exchange. Since then, I have received no responses despite multiple follow-up emails over a month. I feel completely ignored, and the lack of communication is particularly frustrating since I was promised assistance.
I returned a bikini in its unopened packaging, which was accepted and acknowledged for credit. However, weeks have passed, and despite numerous emails, I have yet to receive my store credit of $140. It shouldn't be this difficult to fulfill legal obligations.
There is a complete lack of customer support. My emails asking for help with sizing have been ignored, even though their website claims they are eager to assist. The sizing chart on their site is absurd and unhelpful, as the sizes are incredibly small. The returns and exchanges process is both ridiculous and costly.
The quality of the swimwear itself is fine, but the sizing is significantly smaller than other brands, which isn't clearly stated. If items don’t fit, they charge for returns and a $38 processing fee, leading to a total of $56 just to return the swimmers. The sizing is so small that they likely have a high return rate.
