I purchased over $500 in swimwear from ark , I had to make some returns, and re purchased the correct sizes.
•My emails went unanswered for weeks when i had some return issues
• I didn't receive any needed customer support.
• After multiple attempts through email - i eventually reached out through social media- they said someone would get back to me.
• I ended up googling an address for my second returns process- it came up with a PO Box and I sent the product back with tracking
• Delivery address was correct; matched the PO Box on google and tracking showed they reeieved th return I made.
• I asked emailed multiple times have they received my returns and o ask about refund ( no reply )

• Almost 3 months later I got an email saying I got my refund??????????????
