The products are overpriced and unreliable. I contacted support three times today and was told to expect a ten-minute wait, but I waited and received no assistance. I requested call backs three times with no response, so I canceled my subscription. The cameras are just as unreliable as their support. I strongly recommend steering clear of this company; it's utterly useless. I will be seeking a refund for both the camera and the subscription.
