The app, or the central system don't work as expected!
Example1 - the video length is always constant. My setting is to record until the activity stops or max X minutes. Every video, from every camera I have, is max 10 seconds.
Example2 - the video zones do not work at all, there's no setting you could get it right. False alarms all the time!
Example3 - when a motion is detected, I get the notification ± 2 minutes later! What a f***!!!

The products are of high quality, and the affordable cameras along with the excellent application are impressive. Their customer service stands out; a camera that had issues after nearly two years was replaced without any hassle. Communication with the support team was very professional.
Terrible customer service and they share your data with third parties and the government. I ended up chatting with a bot that informed me I was "not entitled to live agent support." How is that possible? I'm a customer who bought two cameras and have questions and issues. This communication barrier prevented me from resolving my problem, and returning the product took far too long. This is a company that engages in fraudulent practices.
The products are overpriced and unreliable. I contacted support three times today and was told to expect a ten-minute wait, but I waited and received no assistance. I requested call backs three times with no response, so I canceled my subscription. The cameras are just as unreliable as their support. I strongly recommend steering clear of this company; it's utterly useless. I will be seeking a refund for both the camera and the subscription.
The camera with a built-in battery has serious limitations, particularly in winter. Below freezing, the battery fails to charge reliably. This means I have to take the camera down to charge it indoors each time, which is impractical. Removable batteries would be a far better option, allowing for easy replacement and separate charging. Additionally, the advertised AI detection is not effective; it often gives false alarms and fails to detect relevant movements accurately. Given my experience, I would choose a different camera with a better battery and more reliable motion detection.
I'm pleased with my recent doorbell purchase. Installation was straightforward, and it functions as expected. The sound quality is clear and loud enough to be heard throughout the home. Overall, it's a good value and fulfills my needs.
