We carefully read their website before ordering, everything looked ok i.e. London registered, with Covent Garden address and nowhere did it mention sourced from overseas. Only the following day after placing the order did we discover a tracking facility which mentions China, need I say more! 7 days to arrive at Chinese departure airport, still no sign of the goods as they seemed to be at a destination airport somewhere.We had originally ordered two sizes to be sure of the fit, so asked Arlo Streetware about the likely return costs. They keep referring us to their refund policy, which we had carefully checked when ordering and it does say at customers expense (no problem there), but doesn’t mention overseas or China. Their customer service team advise us between £17-43 return costs, and they keep telling us to check the returns policy online which doesn’t help one bit. Our original order valued £39 for two pairs of ladies flip flops!! A joke or what?Beware, the website looks good but it’s what it doesn’t tell you that’s the problem. If I wanted to buy from China I would use Temu.
