I can only give one star because zero isn't an option! I deeply regret using this service. I verified before buying, and they claimed to be based in the UK. The item I received was of poor quality and unusable. I was instructed to return it to a manufacturer in another country, even though they are supposedly registered in the UK. The return shipping costs more than the dress itself. I'm at a loss on how to recover my money and will have to seek help from my bank. Take my advice: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SERVICE!
This service is fraudulent. I checked their website to confirm they were UK-based and that returns were accepted here. Their site claimed to be UK-based, with a UK address and no mention of foreign products or returns. The product I received was awful—thin and cheap fabric, nothing like the website showed. They even acknowledged via email that their site is misleading but still refuse to refund me! Never buy from this service!
