I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase. I ordered two dresses (the same style in different sizes), and when they arrived, they were nothing like the pictures, and neither fit. I contacted them to return the items, and after several days of emails, I received a response offering an exchange. I requested a refund instead, and now my emails are being ignored. I have reached out to my credit card company for assistance! Has anyone successfully managed to get their money back?
