I ordered two dresses from this company in the belief I was ordering from a uk company . When they arrived they were very poor quality copies of the dresses shown on the website. Fabrics were different and colours within the dresses were also different so the overall dress looked patchy. Quality was worse than a cheap fancy dress outfit from a supermarket. Company offered a 20% then 30% refund for items that are unwearable. For a full refund I was told to return to China at my own expense. Email replies are clearly scripted and they ignore consumer law. I am attempting a chargeback.
