I was sent a faulty product. The shoes I ordered were so badly made or designed or both! They I couldn't even get my foot in!!!!! When I told them I wanted a label to return them I was told I would have to return them to their warehouse in China at my own expense!!! Low and behold they offered me a 20% partial refund and if I accepted this I could keep the shoes and maybe sell them on or do with them as I wish. How unbelievable is this. I accepted the 20% refund(£6.) Cos I knew that this was the best I was going to get from these con merchants. I lost £30. DO NOT ENTERTAIN ARLOSTREETWEAR UNDER ANY CIRCUNSTANCES.MID
