We recently lost our beloved dog in a tragic accident, which devastated our family, especially our three young children. While we were on holiday, this service contacted us regarding our deceased pet. We chose cremation and paid £290 over the phone. Upon returning, we were shocked to find they refused to release her remains, claiming we owed £106 from a previous insurance claim, effectively holding her remains for ransom in front of my young son and other customers. The receptionist and Deputy Manager were unyielding, insisting we settle the account before we could take her home. We complied, despite disputing the charges months earlier. The lack of compassion from the staff was appalling, and it was downright disgusting to demand payment in such a sensitive situation. This service clearly prioritizes money over the feelings of grieving families.
