I took my cat to this service on Good Friday for an emergency. The following morning, I called again as there was no improvement and learned my regular vet was open, which I hadn’t known. I ended up back at this service, where my cat had to stay over the weekend. They assured me they would keep me updated but failed to do so. His procedure was delayed until late Saturday, and communication was poor; they just kept saying he was fine. After a referral for a scan, I waited and waited for results that never arrived. When I contacted my regular vet, they hadn't received anything. Eventually, I discovered this service had been sitting on my cat's results for ten days, claiming they filed them away since he wasn’t a patient of theirs. This delay in treatment severely impacted his quality of life. The Director wouldn’t even apologize for their actions, which left me very disappointed.
