I took my dog to be put down on a Sunday morning. I called around 7:30, as my dog was struggling. They told me to come in right away. Upon arrival, they took him in and allowed me some time to gather myself. I handled the payment and signed for the procedure, and they kept their distance, which I appreciated. I wish I had used this practice before; I am thankful for their compassionate service.
