This practice is utterly unacceptable! I brought in a sick squirrel after being advised by the relevant authorities that they had a duty of care. The service I received was appalling. I was told to wait for my 'stuff'—referring to the sick squirrel they were prepared to euthanize without even examining it. This is absolutely outrageous, and I will take every measure to ensure this place is shut down! I will report them to the appropriate authorities first thing Monday morning.
