I called from my workplace regarding an issue with an animal that was trapped inside. I was merely seeking advice on how to soothe the animal. Unfortunately, when I spoke to the receptionist, I encountered a very rude and condescending attitude, which made me feel foolish and embarrassed for reaching out to a veterinary service about a potentially injured animal. There was no compassion for my situation, just outright disrespect.
