I ordered the item money taken

I ordered the item money taken, the item is yet to dispatch or any tracking of ups given and it’s 4 working days now. An expensive brand compared to Zara’s the item ordered on 3rd day with me. I called Armani customer services, said sorry it’s still in west house. I asked for expediation, no can’t do was the answer. I then asked to speak to a manager no you can’t. We will send an email. All in all it is an expensive brand with the cheapest possible service one can imagine.Thanks
