I am writing to express my significant disappointment with the service I received from the support team. As a loyal customer, I expect a high standard from the company, given its esteemed reputation. Unfortunately, my recent experience has not met those expectations. I placed an order on December 1 and received it on December 4. While traveling in Europe, I have only just returned. Upon trying on the item, I found it was too large (size XXL). When I tried to initiate a return, I was assisted by a customer service representative. Regrettably, the interaction was highly unsatisfactory. The representative insisted that the item was marked as 'final sale.' However, at the time of my purchase, there was no indication of such a policy, and my invoice does not mention it. Despite my clear explanation, the representative continued to repeat the same point without providing a resolution or escalating the matter. This inflexible, impersonal approach felt dismissive and unprofessional. I am deeply disappointed by this experience, which does not reflect the quality or professionalism I expect from the company. Due to the lack of assistance, I feel compelled to share this experience through appropriate feedback channels. Furthermore, I must regrettably state that I will no longer be purchasing from the company and will advise others to reconsider engaging with your brand.

I purchased a faux-leather motorcycle jacket and it's already flaking and falling apart. It's unbelievable that such a reputed brand sells an item that can't endure 20 wears over 3 years (I live in a warm climate with limited opportunities). You could find better durability with a much cheaper jacket! My car seats made of similar material are still in perfect condition after much longer use! And of course, they refused to help either in-store or online, not even offering a gift card or discount!
The labels on their gloves irritate the wrist. If you remove the small attachment strings, the entire wrist area falls apart. After showing them the damage from just two hours of use, they claimed I was responsible. Their response was tactless and unimpressive.
I received a perfume that is by far the worst I've ever encountered. It's worse than a very cheap product I found. I was shocked to learn it cost a significant amount. I can't even use it as a house deodorizer. I'm furious that a brand with such prestige would sell such a poor product. I will never purchase from them again and will share my thoughts widely.
I faced terrible customer service when trying to cancel an order. They promised to respond within one business day, but I waited four days only to find out the order had already shipped, making me incur return shipping costs. I'm extremely disappointed.
