I have been emailing for weeks and no response. They are active on social media and it was the only way to get a reply. Delivery date was shown as dec 22 and they created a label but no one has bothered to ship it. Worst experience ever. I own a zip down sweater and it was just ok. Had those little balls after a couple of wears. This second shipment is from the EU and a gift, it’s the 26 now and they keep saying it’s going to ship soon. I will have to contact my bank soon if it doesn’t happen. They don’t even have the courtesy to reply to emails. Look elsewhere for your alpaca goods.
