I have concerns about my order since I haven't received it after more than two weeks. I requested a size change for the hoodie just hours after placing the order, but I was told that it had already been processed. It's been two weeks, and it hasn't even shipped yet.

The quality is really disappointing. It seems they limit reviews to customers who don’t return items. The shirt I received looked like it was made for a child and was so thin it was practically see-through. I can’t believe anyone would keep these at the prices they charge. I had to send several emails to get my return authorized, and the shipping fees were charged both ways, plus they had numerous return requirements.
They did help me cancel an order quickly and responded promptly. However, I returned leggings that were too big and itchy after only trying them on for a few seconds. I provided pictures as requested, but they claimed the leggings showed signs of use due to a few dog hairs, which could have easily been brushed off. Be cautious with their return policy; if you try on an item, they may not accept it.
I had an extremely poor experience with this service. I placed an order online, but it was never shipped, and I couldn't reach anyone for assistance. I cannot recommend this company and am baffled at how they continue to operate.
I ordered a pair of boxers and was informed they would not be available until January. I received an email in September saying my order had shipped, but it never arrived. After many inquiries, I was told they were still investigating the issue. Eventually, they offered a 50% refund after months of waiting, which is incredibly disappointing for customer service.
