Been charged a fine on 11/12/2024 I have refused to pay £100 as I only received the letter after 15days , if paid within 14dyas will be £60. I was charged £40.00 more. They issued another letter after my email ,then they replied saying I have to pau the 100£ Went now to the online and phoned them through the number on the letter can't get through them ,either can't pay online ,I have emailed them now to say I'm not able to make the payment Has anyone been through the same issue? Thanks
