Returned from Scilly to Lands End Airport where this company manage the car park. I ended up paying some of the car park fee ( not sure how that happened) and the fine. I was told that this was my fault When I called them, a confusing situation as I simply scanned my card and assumed the machine took whatever money it wanted I didn't even look until afterwards. A week later a letter demanding a fine followed which I paid, I'm still unsure what happened or where fault lies, but would have been happy to pay the parking fee but the person on the phone said that I must pay the full fine of £60 so they took £80 from me.The processes remain unexplained.
