I've bought from ARNE a number of times and whilst the products they sell are amazing and good quality, the service is majorly poor to say the least. I'd say 75% of my purchases have had an issue, with the latest being the wrong product and size being sent. Which then leads to me having to initiate a return and request a replacement. This all takes around about a week or so and then when they decide to send a replacement, they charge for delivery!! So, I annoyingly wait for confirmation that they're sending the correct items out, I then receive an email to advise they are no longer available and no timescales for when back in stock. I will now have to wait 3-5 working days to get a full refund, which includes 2 x delivery fees. Like I say, I love the products, but they really need to up their game on the customer service part. Will be looking elsewhere now as the 10% discount on offer for all this grief leaves a sour taste in the mouth... UP YOUR GAME ARNE!
