This company is very bad. Do not buy I spend 360 quid with them they got all my order wrong. 2 items are missing and the sizes are wrong and one item is flipping damaged and smells like it’s been washed and sent to me. And now they not even replying
Ordered 2 pairs of Cargo Pants. Had Evri Tracking. Order was subsequently delayed by Evri and was showing at delivery depot, where it stayed for several days. Contacted Arne customer services to ask for more info on a delivery date. They replied to my email the next day and offered a refund, credit note or replacement. Requested a replacement. This arrived the next day by Royal Mail 24 hour tracked.
What excellent customer service. Plus when the cargo pants arrived they were superb. Better than expected and a great fit. First experience with Arne. Will be back.
I placed my order at 10:30pm, and it arrived by 1:30pm the following day. The delivery service was outstanding. I did have a concern regarding their refund policy, which takes longer than usual compared to other companies. However, a staff member contacted me and expedited the process on the same day. This demonstrates excellent customer service.
I ordered clothing for my son for Christmas, but the delivery took longer than I anticipated, which was frustrating but manageable. However, when my son opened the gifts, the tracksuit was unacceptable – the top and bottoms were completely different shades of grey. I processed the return through the company's website and received confirmation that the return was initiated. Despite this, the company is now claiming they never received the return. I've been in contact with customer service, but each response takes over 48 hours, and the issue remains unresolved. The communication has been slow and unhelpful, making me feel as though I am being blamed for something that isn't my fault. I'm very dissatisfied and have escalated this issue to my bank for a chargeback. I recommend avoiding this company.
We’ve been to the store many times, and it consistently impresses with its cleanliness and organization, making it easy to find what we need. The staff are welcoming, and there are always enough team members available to assist. While the snack bar is on the pricier side, it’s a nice touch. We enjoyed a delicious milkshake, although the cake was a bit stale.
I returned two pairs of shoes. On 23 December, I received an email confirming that the return was successfully received at the warehouse and that a refund would be processed within 5–10 days. The tracking information also verifies that the return was delivered. However, no refund has been issued. Customer service later claimed the return was not received, which contradicts their own confirmation email. I followed up yesterday and this morning with proof of delivery and the confirmation email but have yet to receive a response. I am simply seeking the refund that was promised.
Outstanding delivery, consistently on time or earlier than promised. The apparel and footwear I have received are well-crafted, though, similar to other sellers, sizing can differ among various items. The return process is also excellent—free and straightforward.
Returning items from Australia is incredibly difficult. I have been a customer for 2-3 years and have spent a considerable amount, but it’s evident that the quality has significantly declined. The stitching on both pairs of shorts I've bought is coming apart and fraying, which is very disappointing. The shoes are generally acceptable once broken in, and I appreciate their style with jeans, so I’ll continue purchasing them. The quality of track pants seems inconsistent; honestly, I recommend sticking with a more reliable brand for those, as the quality surpasses this one, and the price difference isn't substantial. This brand started strong, but as it has grown, the quality has noticeably dropped. This decline appears to be a consequence of scaling up production and increasing profit margins amidst rising operational costs. Unfortunately, like many clothing and retail brands, once they reach peak performance, the quality of products and services often deteriorates, and this seems to be the case here.
I placed my order on the 28th of November, and it still hasn't arrived. I've been a customer for over three years and have never encountered this issue before, so I'm quite disappointed. I understand it can get busy around the holidays, but I expected a faster delivery! I also received an email prompting me to review the clothing item I ordered, indicating that I had received it, so does this mean my order won't arrive?
