I ordered a crucial part 12 days ago, and it still hasn't arrived. It took 9 days to ship. Living remotely, I rely on online orders for my car, and this experience has been frustrating. I won't be using this service again, especially after learning they partner with a delivery service that has a poor track record. I received a refund for shipping, but no compensation for the inconvenience. I wish I could rate this lower than one star.
