Extremely Disappointed with Delivery Time

I placed an order for an essential part 12 days ago, and it still hasn't arrived. It took 9 days just to dispatch it. Living in a remote area, online ordering is crucial for my car, and I couldn't risk driving to the city to pick one up in person due to the situation. I will not use this service again, especially after discovering they partner with a delivery service known for delays. I received a refund on the shipping, but no compensation for the inconvenience of £4.95. It's unfortunate that I can't give zero stars. Thank you for the response below. The part was not picked up by the delivery service until the 19th, 8 days after I placed the order. I have the tracking information to confirm.
It's not even out for delivery yet. I understand the holiday season can be busy, but the 11th seems excessive. Thank you.

Extremely disappointing experience

I ordered a crucial part 12 days ago, and it still hasn't arrived. It took 9 days to ship. Living remotely, I rely on online orders for my car, and this experience has been frustrating. Unsatisfactory customer service

The customer service is lacking; a delivery was 'lost' by the carrier, and the service takes no responsibility, asking me to wait up to 10 days. This is not acceptable. When items are lost, they often show up elsewhere, and it feels like the issue is being passed on to me. I will be avoiding this service in the future.
