I placed an order for an essential part 12 days ago, and it still hasn't arrived. It took 9 days just to dispatch it. Living in a remote area, online ordering is crucial for my car, and I couldn't risk driving to the city to pick one up in person due to the situation. I will not use this service again, especially after discovering they partner with a delivery service known for delays. I received a refund on the shipping, but no compensation for the inconvenience of £4.95. It's unfortunate that I can't give zero stars. Thank you for the response below. The part was not picked up by the delivery service until the 19th, 8 days after I placed the order. I have the tracking information to confirm.
