I've reached out to the customer support team three times to request a return, but I've received no response. This pillow is definitely not worth the price I paid! I'm extremely frustrated. Although I was promised a full refund and an additional pillow by a representative, the situation changed significantly when I followed up. They now want me to send the pillow back overseas at a significant cost, only to assess it for a refund. After sharing the previous communication, I still haven't heard back. Be cautious, as I am out over $70 for a product that does not work! As someone on a fixed income, I cannot afford this loss. Please think carefully before making a purchase. This is just a partial response to my review, where I was initially assured a full refund and replacement, but now they claim they cannot find my order. It's very misleading.
