LACK OF AFTER-SALES SUPPORT AS PROMISED, placed an order on 11/11/2025, took two weeks to arrive on November 25, 2025. I have attempted to reach the company for a return request over eight times. They advertise 24/7 support, which is not accurate. I received no response from the company at all; this was the worst $69.95 I ever spent. It's nothing more than a waist pillow, and all the tags are in Chinese despite claims of being made in the USA. The guarantee they offer is also misleading. The only communication I receive are emails trying to sell me more products! Avoid ordering unless you're prepared to keep their items. I have already checked my SPAM folder as suggested, but I still haven't received a response regarding my return request. Update: They only replied to my review, not to my return request! Do not purchase from this company; they do not respond to inquiries at all.
I received my support pillow, but the quality is not up to par, and it even has a tag in a foreign language. I've reached out to the customer support team three times to request a return, but I've received no response. This pillow is definitely not worth the price I paid! I'm extremely frustrated. Although I was promised a full refund and an additional pillow by a representative, the situation changed significantly when I followed up. They now want me to send the pillow back overseas at a significant cost, only to assess it for a refund. After sharing the previous communication, I still haven't heard back. Be cautious, as I am out over $70 for a product that does not work! As someone on a fixed income, I cannot afford this loss. Please think carefully before making a purchase. This is just a partial response to my review, where I was initially assured a full refund and replacement, but now they claim they cannot find my order. It's very misleading.
I am unable to use this item due to my doctor's recommendations. Additionally, it is too small for me. I ordered the extra large size, but it is still inadequate. I have contacted customer service but received no reply, and my email was returned. I wish to return this item for a full refund, no questions asked.

I alerted the company within five minutes to correct this, but a day later I was told it was too late. I was directed to contact the shipper, who is located overseas with no contact number. When the item arrived at the wrong address two weeks later, I had no means to redirect it. The company took no responsibility for this issue, leaving me to deal with the shipper. Three weeks later, I've paid for a product I never received, and the company has done nothing to assist. This is unacceptable in customer service. Purchasing from online platforms can be risky, and their service has met my low expectations.
